Encrypted & Secure
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Session data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. Your conversations are processed by AI to generate responses — no human reads your conversations unless you explicitly contact support.
We Never Sell Your Data
Your personal information and session content are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third-party data brokers. Full stop.
User-Level Data Isolation
Your conversations, journal entries, mood logs, and memories are tied to your account and isolated from other users. No other user can access your data. Administrators can access records only for platform operations and support.
AI Processes Your Messages
When you chat with a companion, your messages are sent to our AI provider in real time to generate responses. We do not store your messages on the AI provider's systems beyond what is necessary. The AI is not a human. No human monitors your conversations.
Memory You Control
Companion memory is optional — you can turn it off anytime. You can view, edit, delete, or clear all memories. Sensitive memories receive stricter treatment and are not casually surfaced in unrelated conversations.
Export Your Data
You can download a copy of all your data — sessions, memories, mood entries, journal entries, saved insights, and feedback — anytime from the Privacy & Data settings page.
Right to Delete
You can delete your account and all associated data instantly from within the app — no need to wait or contact support. Your active subscription is cancelled at the same time. This action is permanent.
Essential Cookies Only
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
Crisis Safety Protocol
If our system detects crisis language, it surfaces emergency resources immediately. This is a safety feature — not surveillance. We log only the risk level and whether resources were shown — never the content of your message. No human monitors conversations, and emergency services are not automatically contacted.
Our commitment to you
We will never monetize your vulnerability. We will be honest about how AI processes your messages. If our policies ever change in a way that affects your privacy, we will notify you directly — before the change takes effect — and give you the option to delete your data.
